Our Exclusive, optional, one and two year upgrade program, applicable to any of the "Generals" or equivalent systems, is designed to enhance the performance of your system to take full advantage of your main board as newer and more capable components are developed.


First Year
One year after your original purchase, we will, based on compatibility, upgrade the processor, memory, and video GPU of your system for the price of the parts we install only. You must ship your system to us in its original packing, or have it professionally packed. We will consult with you on the options available and re-configure the unit based on your choices. We will then ship the unit back to you at our expense.

Second Year
Our second year upgrade program is functionally the same except we add a service fee of $100.00 to the price of the installed components. Again, you ship the unit to us and we will cover the return shipping.
Applicable Conditions
To take advantage of any of our upgrade programs, your system must be one of our "Generals" or equivalent systems you must contact our customer service department for consultation on upgrade options. "Generals" and equivalent systems are marked appropriately on the case and on your original purchase receipt. If you choose to take advantage of the upgrade, we require a $100 deposit prior to issuing an Upgrade Shipping Authorization. This deposit will be used toward the price of installed parts and any additional costs will be due prior to return of your unit.
